MANUFACTURING AND  CDS PACKAGING  :

The pressing of CDS  was carried out by a company involved in a process of  sustainable development  (absence of use of toxic products, control of the elimination of its waste by sorting, CTP: revelations of offset plates without chemicals, wetting solutions for the offset press without alcohol) and whose suppliers attach great importance  to recycling  production waste (100% of paper and cardboard production scrap is recycled, recycling of polycarbonates, wastewater treatment plant for matrices and masters (electroplating). These suppliers also use labeled paper  FSC  and  PEFC.  Finally, they meet the standard  ISO14001  that aim to improve environmental performance while having a positive impact on business results.

Packaging printing,  focused exclusively on vegetable inks,  renewable energies (soya and rapeseed), water-based acrylic varnishes.

The cardboard box  MINT-PACK  »  offers more solidity and better protection for the CD while representing the most ecological solution. It is made from FSC-certified cardboard and contains no petroleum-based raw materials. This zero oil conditioning can avoid the emission of 700 g of CO2 for each album produced. 50% less bulky than a crystal case. 60% lighter than a crystal case,  thus considerably reducing the transport energy.  

SENDING CDS  :

It is made in envelopes  bubble  certified ecological  (smart recycling  : possibility of reusing the bubble wrap which separates easily to protect fragile objects  ; CFC-free polyethylene (protects the ozone layer) polyethylene is recyclable, does not pollute groundwater, does not emit toxic gases when burned and the paper comes from sustainably managed forests.)
